Insights from Seafood Exporters
During the event, I had the opportunity to visit several seafood exporters, including Jeelani Marine Products and Ananda Seafoods, both of whom were incredibly supportive.
Among these, Jeelani Marine Products, based in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, stood out. While I couldn’t personally meet its founder, Mr. Sh. Aboobaker, I’ve heard remarkable stories about his journey. Starting from scratch, he has built a thriving business with unmatched foresight and determination. His strong connections with fishermen and farmers across various regions ensure a steady and reliable supply of raw materials, which is crucial for the company’s operations.
I was fortunate to meet his sons, Mr. Abuthahir Aboobaker and Mr. Thanveer Aboobaker, who embody the vision of the next generation. They impressed me with their humility, innovative thinking, and pivotal roles in driving the company forward. With a promising vision and a strong foundation, Jeelani Marine Products is well-positioned for continued growth.
